- Where we make a mistake with your order (wrong t-shirt, wrong colour, wrong size, etc), contact us and we will send you a replacement for all affected products or refund your money without any questions asked.
- If we do not create the design you wanted, contact us, within 30 days, and we will discuss options which are reasonable and remedy you and us.
- Please note, whilst we do our best to produce high spec and high quality print products to fullfill our customers needs, in certain circumstances certain factors may be beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling or grammatical errors made and submitted by the customer
- Upload images that are low-resolution or inferior quality
- Any design errors created by the customer in the design and ordering process
- Errors in user-selected options such as the product styles, colour, type and sizes
- This is how you can avoid returns, where Volume orders are being made:Please order plain products without prints first, this will satisfy you of the quality plus we can take these back without a problem.If you order e.g. one T-shirt with print to test the print quality, we will accept the return and give you a voucher or a new product.
We ask that all customers carefully examine their designs during and before final confirmation. This includes all text, images and user options like product type and sizes.
Should there be any issues with your order, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of delivery in order to efficiently coordinate an acceptable solution.
Please include details of your order including your Order number, contact details and detailed explanation (with photos if available).
We will generally be in touch within 24-48 hours after reviewing the matter.
4. In the case of return shipments due to defects Krown Kustoms will also refund your postage charge for the cost of you sending the item back, after receiving receipt proof of postage charge and returned item arrives back to Krown Kustoms.
